10) What do you understand by prorated warranty?

In prorated warranty, you are covered only for a percentage of the cost. It varies with the time period you have been using the product compared to the length of the warranty. For instance, if your trampoline gives you a prorated warranty of 2 years and after 1 year, it breaks off, then you will be responsible for half of the cost.

11) What should I do with my trampoline in winters?
It totally depends on the place you live in. If you want your trampoline to stay longer, then you need to store it properly if you stay in a area where snow or rain is frequent. However, many of the families leave their trampoline as it is in winters also.

14) What should I prefer, a trampoline with safety net attached inside the springs or outside?
I have always recommended my fellow parents to take a trampoline whose spring is attached outside the springs. If the safety net is attached inside of the springs, then during any mishap, one can fall on the spring or frame rather than bouncing back on the mat. Also, in case of multiple jumpers on the trampoline, there is no space left for the jumpers to enjoy with each other.
